This one is a bit of a departure from the mansions and mega-estates that make up the rest of the list.  This is a very modest 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.  The value comes in the form of 75 acres of land in prime New Albany territory.  This property is owned by a trust that we suspect is owned by the Wexner’s, as the transfer took place in 1991 which lines up with the timeline of his entry into the area.

2) 5025 Dublin Granville Rd.  New Albany, OH  43054

This one is was a bit of a mystery.  We could not find a picture of the main house, only the entry way, which is guarded by private security.  The home sold for $8 million (!) in 1998.  The main house is 11,000 square feet and is owned by an LLC.

Update: Thanks commenters for the tips! This property is also owned by the Wexners.

1) 4155 Kitzmiller Rd.  Columbus, OH  43054

Les Wexner's House. Most expensive home in Columbus, Ohio.

Neighborhood: New Albany

Owner: Leslie (Les) Wexner

Last Sold: $5,200,000 in 1989

The most expensive home in Columbus, Ohio belongs to non-other than Les Wexner, who also happens to be the richest person in Ohio.  Mr. Wexner is the founder of the Limited, now L Brands.  His net worth is estimated at $10 Billion.

Mr. Wexner sold $2.2 Billion in L Brands shares in July 2021 which reduced his ownership stake in L Brands to around 2%.

Thought I’d share that #2 is owned by none other than Wexner himself! His LLC is registered to an address that serves as an office for Whitebarn Organics, which is obvious Bath & Body Works.

I shoulda been a detective or private investigator!

If you would have done a 30 second Google map search on house #2 you would realize who owns it.

Les Wexner is a child trafficker and r****t. He will be going to prison for the rest of his miserable life. See Jeffrey Epstein.

daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! That’s one hell of an accusation Bob. Better be careful comments like that could easily land you in the poor house or worse. I’m sure he’s probably been called worse money ad power tends to bring out a lot of opinions from people.

Your reminder that Leslie Wexner financed the mass rape and trafficking of thousands of American children for over a decade and, right now, he is sitting in a 26k square foot mansion in New Albany, Ohio thinking that he is above the law.

9/11 inside job. Let me comment on Wexner. He is a child molester, and a satanist, and works for Israel. He runs honey-pot operations with Jeff Epstein and Dershowitz . BTW I am a 2004 graduate of OSU and I am embarrassed to have Wexner name on any building….We need to suspend Wexner like they did the Tressel and Urban Meyer…..Your school is not good for anything but football. Very sad ohio state does not give academic scholarships to “white” students…..they are all about diversity, and Jews hate America and want to put America back in the third world…..REMOVE WEXNER NAME,,,,,or should I say, Wexner the Molestner….Its obvious the New World Order has a “homosexual” agenda and there are more rainbow flags on campus then Ohio State Flags….The campus is full of homos…..Everyone needs to google “trannies in Hollywood” to expose the elite agenda. Colleges, news out lets, military, and politicians are corrupt, by way of Satanist pretending to be Jewish. Drugs, child molestation, wars, Iran contra, jfk, 9/11, freemasons, operation paper clip…How many Jews dies on 9/11. How many Jews were molested by the elite. I don’t care about “good party at fashion week” or “high cheekbones from conflict areas” I know construction workers who have been in the Wexner home and they said 2 Columbus police officers run daily warrant checks on every worker that’s come in, ON A DAILY BASIS. It is said if there is a warrant, the Columbus police watching Wexner New Albany home will take the construction worker to jail.. Do you really think Wexner had no idea of what Epstein was up to, yet gave him power of attorney…..Bullshit…..Lets get together buckeyes, lets remove the Wexner name from ohio state, and why we are at it, lets expose Bob Hope and Jimmy Seville……fucking Illuminati Jew monsters.

#2 is nothing more than the entrance gate to #1. It’s where they check vehicles and guests for safety.

#9 states that it’s the first entry outside of the 270 outerbelt, but there are 9 before it (as well as the honorable mention) that are outside of the outerbelt. All of the New Albany properties are outside of the outerbelt, as all of New Albany itself is outside of it.

There is a property on 673 S Mohawk St in German Village that should be on this list. The Franklin County appraised it at above $3.1M and is owned by a LLC (Mohawk Village Properties). I’m sure some prominent person is behind the LLC.
